Your projects
A project is one source and everything that came out of it. The Projects screen shows one card per generation, newest first. A monitored streamer makes a single card: all their streams, all their segments.
A project card
Section titled “A project card”It carries the thumbnail of the original video, then the title, the number of clips, how many were published if any, and the date. On the thumbnail, a banner shows the project’s state: “running”, “Live”, the time left before it expires, “Expired” or “Failed”.
The card’s “…” menu offers, depending on the case:
- Stop the generation, while it runs — the clips already made stay;
- See the watch, on a live stream in progress;
- Rename;
- Retry, on a failed generation;
- Open the source video;
- Delete project. If its generation is still running, it is stopped first, and what was already processed is still deducted from your credits. On a watched live stream, stop the watch first: it would recreate the project at the next segment.
The card appears as soon as you start, with the video’s thumbnail, even if the generation is waiting its turn behind another one.
A clip on another range
Section titled “A clip on another range”A moment the analysis did not keep? Create a clip on another range, under the grid of a finished project: give the start and end in the original video (10 seconds to 3 minutes). The price shows first — the clip’s length, one minute at least — and the clip joins the grid, reframed and styled with your brand template. The original video must still be kept (7 days).
The best-of
Section titled “The best-of”Best-of, under a project’s grid or at the top of a live stream’s page, gathers the clips the analysis rated best into a clip of about a minute, styled with your brand template, with a fade between each. It joins the grid as one more clip. No credit: nothing is recut. An archived clip is left out.
A live stream watch can do it on its own: turn on Best-of when the stream ends in its settings.
Filing into collections
Section titled “Filing into collections”“Podcast”, “Client A”, “To repost”: a project’s “…” menu files it into one or more collections, or creates one. Above the grid, a collection is chosen like a filter; Rename and Delete the collection appear when it is chosen. Deleting a collection deletes no project.
You can also pick the collection before launching: the File in field of the Generate screen (see Settings) and the Live Monitor’s (see Monitoring a live stream).
Opening a project
Section titled “Opening a project”One click opens its screen. During the generation it shows the progress; the clips appear there together, at the end. Each clip carries its score, its duration, a Publish button and a bin.
Clips are sorted by virality score, the best first; those without one come last. The Sort clips list also offers Newest and Oldest.
The project’s toolbar stays attached under the top bar while you scroll the grid. It has two faces:
- At rest, it helps you find clips: the status filter, the publishing filter (Published or Not published) and the sort, then Create a clip on another range and Best-of. On a phone, Filters opens these three settings, as dropdowns, in a panel that slides up.
- In selection — as soon as a clip is ticked with the box under its preview — it turns tinted and lets you act: how many clips are ticked, Select all, Delete (after confirmation; a clip already published stays online), Change status (ready, used, new, archived) and Publish selection. The cross leaves it. On a phone, these two actions move to a bar at the bottom of the screen.
On a computer, a clip’s checkbox appears when you hover its card; on a touch screen it is always visible.
Each clip can carry a private note, from its status menu: filter “Ready”, tick, and send the selection to your slots.
If your plan caps the number of clips, the screen says so below the grid: “N more moments were found in this video. Your plan delivers 2.”
A streamer, one card
Section titled “A streamer, one card”The segments captured by a live-stream watch are gathered into a single card per streamer: every new stream from the same channel joins the same card. It is titled “{channel} live · {date}” for a single stream, “{channel} live” once there are several, until you rename it. It counts its clips, its segments and the ones that failed. To find one stream, sort by Newest or Oldest.
Opening it leads to the stream’s page, laid out like a generation’s tracking: the same header, the same grid and the same previews, clips sorted by virality score. While the watch runs, the card says Running and “N clips ready already”. Rename and Delete project are in its card’s “…” menu, in Projects; deleting removes all its segments, and its deadline is that of the oldest segment.
A live stream’s page has the same tools as a generation’s: the toolbar, the Ready / Used / Archived statuses and their filters, the note, the selection and Publish selection, Best-of and Create a clip on another range — picking the segment.
Renaming a project
Section titled “Renaming a project”Rename, in the card’s “…” menu — or the pencil next to the title, on a live stream’s page. 120 characters at most.
- The name applies to the whole project: for a live stream, to all its segments.
- An empty field restores the original name.
A failed generation stays visible
Section titled “A failed generation stays visible”A generation that failed before producing a clip keeps its card, marked “Failed” and titled “Failed generation” if you had not named it. It gives the reason and what fixes it:
| What you read | What to do |
|---|---|
| YouTube refused the download from our servers. | Your link is not at fault. Download the video to your computer, then upload it with “A file” in Generate. |
| The video could not be fetched. | It is private or deleted: make it public, then retry. |
| The video is no longer available. | Try another link. |
| The service is out of room to process this video. | Try again in a few minutes. |
| The generation was interrupted. | Try again; if it happens again, write to us with the date and time. |
The card does not open, and stays on display for the retention period. Its “…” menu offers Retry: Generate opens with the link already filled in; you see the amount again, and you start it yourself. A generation that fails without producing anything is not charged; retrying it creates a new one.
Retry is unavailable on a live-stream segment — the watch captures the next one — and on an imported file, which has no link to reopen.
Sorting a project’s clips
Section titled “Sorting a project’s clips”On a project page, the small status button under each clip offers Ready, Used and Archive. The status shows on the card and follows you on every device.
Archived clips leave the default view without being deleted: the Filter by status list in the toolbar (All, Ready, Used, Archived) brings them back, and Take out of archive returns them to the view. Archiving deletes no file; to free up space, delete the clip.
Downloading and sharing
Section titled “Downloading and sharing”Both happen from the clip’s editor, in the More menu. Clicking a clip opens it.
The file is an MP4 ready to publish, subtitles and branding burned in. The share link is valid for one hour, needs no account, and the screen shows its deadline. For lasting sharing, download the file or publish the clip.
Download all
Section titled “Download all”A card’s … menu offers Download all: a ZIP archive of every clip in the project, in order, each under its title — the exact files “Download” would give one by one. Every plan includes it.
Preparing takes from a few seconds to a minute; the download starts on its own. A clip still being finalised is not in it yet, and the screen says so: ask for the archive again a moment later. The archive counts towards your storage and goes with the project after the seven days.
What expires
Section titled “What expires”The project stays in the list, marked “Expired”: it no longer opens, and the “…” menu lets you remove it.
Every card shows its deadline; under 48 hours the mention turns amber. Download whatever you want to keep.
See Retention.
The analysis score
Section titled “The analysis score”Every clip carries a score from 1 to 100, given by the analysis when it picked the moment, and shown on its thumbnail. It measures how well the moment stands alone, vertically, without context. It does not predict views.
A clip with no score shows nothing.
